Through all my pitfalls … my forgetfulness, organizational hazards, side trackin’ extravaganzas, my inability to grasp the concept of time, and my immense compulsion to grow the blog bigger and grander than will ever be needed (before I even finish the first step) … I will make this blog happen. For ALL of us!
06/10/2008 -Ta da! Have you noticed the new url (www.a-morsel-of-genius.com)? I want to get focused on writing more posts, but right now, for some (technical) reason, I have 2 blogs!? If you end up at one with no information, I apologize. I graduated college with a degree in finance, went on to become a stockbroker, and I’m currently a Senior Loan Officer at a large bank. I’m a neophyte (newbie) in regards to technology. I appreciate your patience.
06/13/2008 - Friday the 13th. Oooo, scary. I want to keep you updated on the blog so that you can see ADHD follow-through in action. Sine I’m learning on the fly, I’m having difficulty transferring the site to my new hosting account. It may look right, but it’s not, so I’m stuck working on the solution. 06/16/2008 - Still working on properly transferring to domain. Then I want to work on the site’s look and feel. I like it now, but feel it could be a little better. In the mean time, I’ll focus on putting out more posts. I have a ton of topics in mind and should be able to get one accomplished this evening. Hope you all enjoyed Father’s Day. Peace.
06/19/2008 - I’m working on the theme. The original theme isn’t working correctly for me and I found another one I really like. I just have to figure out how to add my personal graphics. Almost there!
06/21/2008 - Working on the theme still, but it’s coming along. It’ll look really sharp soon.
06/24/2008 - My host server was down all day, meaning my blog was down all day. Very frustrating. Now I’m running behind. Wait a minute! This was an even I couldn’t control, and I’m the one who makes my schedule. Breathe deep … relax … ok, I’m a little better now.
06/26/2008 - Ugh! I’m always anxious to tell people how great the things I buy and services I use are, and how everybody else should use them too. I’d love to tell you how great my hosting provider is … But, boy oh boy am I frustrated with them right now. After being down all day on Tuesday, the site has been running (or should I say crawling) as slow as molasses ever since. #@!% and ^*&# !!! … OK, I’m done complaining … back to work.
07/08/2008 - “I’m back! The fog has lifted. The earth has shifted and raised the gifted …” Whew! On Saturday June 28 my computer almost died. I was prompted with the latest Microsoft update, downloaded and installed it, and it slowed to below a snail’s pace. Finally, at 11:10pm this evening, it’s finally working again, still very slow, but it’s working! I’m happy to be working on the site again.
07/20/2008 - There were some issues regarding my feed that I’ve (hopefully) corrected. If your feed was lost, I’m sorry for that. Please click on the feed again and you’ll be hooked back up.
08/09/2008 - Being that I have adhd, I pretty much sit around all day trying to think of at least one decent idea for the future of this blog. Okay … you got me … I’ve got a new idea about every 3 minutes! I’ve had to dedicate some extra time recently to another web project I’m working on, but it’s getting time to get back to work here. There’s something incredibly unique and beneficial about interacting with other adders. I’ll be adding a bunch of new posts, but I’ll be focused on adding some things to get YOU more involved too!
08/14/2008 - Okay … I’ve built two blogsites (the beginning of my web empire … he, he, he …) and now it’s time to start Phase 2 - focus on content and internet activity! Yea!
08/26/2008 - Blogging is tougher than it seems at times. Lots of technical stuff to figure out. I’ve been trying to add some video games, but that just isn’t working out, so back to content and other nifty things. 
09/13/2008 - Slowly but surely catching up on everything. Today, I added the beginning of what will be a comprehensive Resource Center for everything ADHD. Tomorrow, I’m hoping to get a couple posts up, add a video page, and continue working on the Resource Center. But per the usual … I’ve got 52 hours worth of work I plan to get done in 24.
10/08/2008 - Okay … officially about a month behind schedule. I’ve been experiencing a number of difficulties with my hosting account. The site is down often, it’s next to impossible to upload videos, and it often fails while I’m writing a post, sending me all the way back to the beginning to start over. Nope, for the most part, saving the post doesn’t always work. Within the next few days, I’ll be moving A Morsel of Genius to a new host. Hopefully all goes smooth, and I can get back to content and making other improvements to the site. Thanks for your support, despite all the turbulence!!!
